Chemical Curiosities: 2-Day Workshop with Science Fuse | Lahore (Free)
The British Council Libraries are collaborating with Science Fuse for a series of fun and engaging workshops for children, to foster their interest in STEM fields.
This February, join us to have fun with chemistry concoctions that fizz, boom and bang!
Get ready to embark on a learning adventure with exciting hands-on science experiments to help your child learn about how chemistry happens in the world around you — not just in a lab!
Come and discover how the building blocks of our universe act and react and roll up your sleeves to perform some exciting chemical reactions yourself as you learn to think and investigate like a scientist.
About Science Fuse:
Science Fuse is working to change the way science is perceived and communicated across classrooms in Pakistan and inspiring more children to pursue STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education and careers.
This event is for ages 7 - 14 and is open to the public.
Registration Fee (payable at the door): PKR 2000 for Non-Members and PKR 1500 for Members.
Children under 11 years of age must be accompanied to the event by a parent or guardian. Children 11 and above can be dropped off once their parents/guardians have escorted them in and signed a consent form.
To register, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the name and age of your children who will be attending, and your CNIC, Passport or Library Membership number.
At the time of visit, adults are required to carry their original CNIC, Passport or Library Membership card, along with their child’s photo ID or Library Membership card.

Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (on both days)
Registrations will close on Thursday, 15 February 2018 by 3PM.
Free valet parking will be available at the event. However, visitors must exercise their own discretion. British Council Pakistan does not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur to visitor’s property.
